Maddie's card to Papa

Every time Maddie prays for anything--before bed, or before a meal--she always remembers Papa (Gary's dad). Well, one day she was talking about him and I said, "Hey, why don't you make him a card to cheer him up?" Of course her classic answer was, "That's a great ideena!" And she sat down to draw and color. This is the card that came out of that time. I asked, "So, what did you draw?" Her answer? "This is a Mommy Kitty Monster for Papa." (Like, hello, isn't it obvious?) We took a picture of that Mommy Kitty Monster and emailed it to Papa, and I have the original on my wall in the office. I hope it made Papa happy because it makes me smile every time I see it.
