One of the trips we have made since my mom and step-dad coming into town was to see a city north of us that is home to the Whirling Dervish. We took a bus and spent the day driving, sight seeing, then ended with the dervishes dancing for us in a huge auditorium in their home town. It was a great day (albeit, exhausting and the auditorium was VERY HOT so, I was a little uncomfortable!) and we enjoyed seeing some of our new country and experiencing part of the culture and history.
